Accommodations
We have secured a block of rooms at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas
exclusively for course registrants, at special group rates which are
applicable three days before and three days after the meeting, subject
to availability:
Resort View: $429 per night
Ocean View: $529 per night
Hotel reservations must be made prior to December 23, 2011 to
secure this rate.
You must register and pay for the conference in order to receive the
special group rates. Reservation instructions will be provided in your
registration confirmation. Please book early as the room block is
likely to sell out before this date.

Getting There
The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas is located approximately 30 minutes
from Cyril E. King Airport (STT). Non-stop or direct service to the island
is provided by American, Continental, Delta, United, and US Airways
from major US cities and via San Juan (SJU).
Air Canada introduces direct flights from Toronto to St. Thomas
(starting December 24, 2011).
Travel Notes
Passports: The US Virgin Islands is a territory of the United States.
Passports are not required for US Citizens traveling between the US
Virgin Islands and the US mainland. For more information, please
review the State Department website. Entry requirements for
Canadians and all other visitors are the same as visiting the United
States.

Currency: US dollar
Electricity: 110/120 volts, same as US and Canada
Driving: In the US Virgin Islands, people drive on the left side of the
road, but the cars are all US-standard, with the driver sitting on the left-
hand side of the car.
