REGISTRATION FEES:
The course fee is $995 for physicians and nurse anesthetists, and includes the conference syllabus, continental
breakfasts and refreshment breaks.  No refunds after December 28, 2009.  

Optional Session Fee: Sail/Case Discussion  - $275 for each Physician or Nurse Anesthetist; $165 for each
accompanying family member or partner.
